Shipping & Returns
We will confirm your order by email and advise you when the order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. A signature will be required on delivery.
DELIVERY within THE UK
FREE UK Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders placed over £70, this is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery aim is 2-3 days after dispatch and will require a signature.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged £3.99 for delivery.
Delivery wITHIN THE EU
All orders shipped within the EU will be charged at a flat rate of £9, and will require a signature.
REST OF WORLD
Orders shipped to Rest of World will be charged at a flat rate of £11. If the service is available in the destination country, a signature will be required.
Import duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes & customs charges payable in the recipient’s country are solely the responsibility of the recipient. These charges will not be refunded should you choose to return your order for refund or exchange. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding import fees
You have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch.
Returns received from within the EU will be refunded, including the cost of shipping. Returns received outside of the EU will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
The cost of shipping an item back to us is paid for by the customer, and cannot be refunded.
How to return or exchange a product
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item.
We will then email you a returns form which should be printed off and completed.
Please package up the item with the returns form inside, and send it back to us at

On all returns from outside the EU, please ensure that your return is clearly labelled as ‘returned British goods’.
Once your return has been approved, we will process the refund directly to your payment card. When returning an item to us, we advise that you use an insured service with your carrier. We will not be responsible should the item be lost or damaged in transit. All items returned to us for exchange or refund must be unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product you will need to notify us via email within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product as well as the delivery cost of sending the new item. (We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).
Please Note: All shipping costs are non-refundable. If a recipient in the UK chooses to cancel a complete order within 14 days, we will reimburse the cost of standard UK delivery. This does not apply to orders where free delivery was applied.
