We will confirm your order by email and advise you when the order has been dispatched. The majority of our parcels are dispatched within 3 working days, but please allow up to 5 days. If

DELIVERY within THE UK and Channel islands

FREE UK Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders placed over £60, this is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery aim is 2-3 days after dispatch

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged £3 for delivery.

Delivery to THE EU

As of 06/03/2022 - You will not pay any additional customs or administrative fees to receive your order . All orders will be charged at a flat rate of £25 and will be shipped with DHL where possible. Please contact us if for any reason you are asked to pay any additional fees.

Import duties, Taxes & brexit

For countries within the EU , you will not be charged any additional import duties, taxes & customs charges on top of delivery. All orders will be delivered by DHL where possible, for a faster more reliable service.

Returns

You have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch.

The cost of shipping an item back to us is paid for by the customer, and cannot be refunded. Exchanges will be shipped out free of charge.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition that they were sent i.e. New, and in a condition in which they can be resold. Items returned to us that do not match this, i.e. that have been used, contain pet hair, or have been washed will not be approved for return.

Any items returned to us that do not match our returnable items description can be sent back to the customer if they wish, but the customer must cover the cost. Returned items should not incur customs charges, and should be marked as ‘returned goods’.

How to return or exchange a product

Please package up the item with the completed returns form inside, and send it back to us at

On all returns from outside the UK, please ensure that your return is clearly labelled as ‘returned British goods’. Any incorrectly labelled items returned to us that incur additional costs will not be paid by us, and may be returned to the customer.

Once your return has been approved, we will process the refund directly to your payment card. When returning an item to us, we advise that you use an insured service with your carrier. We will not be responsible should the item be lost or damaged in transit. All items returned to us for exchange or refund must be unworn, unused and in resalable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for customised items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product you will need to notify us via email within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product as well as the delivery cost of sending the new item. (We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).

Please Note: All shipping costs are non-refundable. If a recipient in the UK chooses to cancel a complete order within 14 days, we will reimburse the cost of standard UK delivery. This does not apply to orders where free delivery was applied.
