Return Conditions

Please take care when trying on your purchase. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original, resaleable condition, free from pet hair, dirt and odours.

Items showing signs of use or excessive handling may be subject to a deduction from the refund. Personalised or made-to-order items cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

Download and complete our Returns Form, enclose it with your item and send it to:

Customers are responsible for return postage, except where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as responsibility for the parcel remains with the sender until it reaches us.

For international returns, please clearly mark your parcel "Returned British Goods" to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or satisfactory evidence of its return, subject to any lawful deductions.

Exchanges are dispatched complimentary, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
